Select Lincolnshire – Meet the Chef Event - Wednesday 28th October

As part of ongoing work around the Restaurant Show and re-establishing links between Lincolnshire suppliers and the London hospitality trade, Select Lincolnshire is delighted to be hosting a visit to the County by 4 top London chefs and Danny Murphy who supplies many of the leading restaurants in the capital.

The chefs, who represent a number of well established and high profile eateries are very keen to meet Lincolnshire fresh produce businesses with a view to finding new suppliers.

The event will be hosted by Rachel Green in the kitchen at her home near Market Rasen and will offer a unique opportunity to not only meet with the chefs and discuss your product but also to cook and taste it.

Below are details of the chefs who you will meet at the event:

• Michael Weiss - Exceutive Chef Coq d'Argent, D & D Group, formerly of Conran restaurants
• David Burnet - Executive Chef Barclays - 4000-5000 meals daily
• Paul Knight - Executive Chef the Millenium Hotel Knightsbridge
• Rik Razza - Group Executive Chef Baxterstorey, one of Uk's largest independent contract caterers
• Danny Murphy - MD Chefs Connection
