QV Foods Ltd and MBM Produce Ltd
We are pleased to confirm that today QV Foods Ltd has acquired the retail and foodservice division of MBM Produce Ltd, based at March. Historic liabilities for the division will remain with MBM Produce Ltd. From today the business and the site at March will be operated by QV, providing continuity to existing customers and suppliers.
The support of the enlarged team and additional facilities will enable QV to continue to provide an excellent service to existing customers of both businesses, and we look forward to working with our extended supply base to support our service delivery and create new opportunities together.
