Black Pudding Mash

Ingredients
- 1.3k potatoes
- 300ml milk
- 110g spring onions
- 110g butter
- 200g cooked black pudding
Method
- Peel the potatoes and cut into even chunks. Place in a pan of cold water and bring to boil, simmer gently until tender.
- Warm the milk and begin to mash the potatoes add the milk and butter.
- Add the butter the spring onions and the black pudding .
Serve with grilled chicken or sausages.
