Black Pudding Mash

Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 1.3k potatoes
  • 300ml milk
  • 110g spring onions
  • 110g butter
  • 200g cooked black pudding

Method

  1. Peel the potatoes and cut into even chunks. Place in a pan of cold water and bring to boil, simmer gently until tender.
  2. Warm the milk and begin to mash the potatoes add the milk and butter.
  3. Add the butter the spring onions and the black pudding .

Serve with grilled chicken or sausages.
