Inspire wedges topped with stuffed chicken...
Ingredients
- Inspire wedges
- 2 Medium chicken breasts
- 2 small chicken breasts
- 6 sausages
- Mixed herbs
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Baby carrots 2x 500g bags
- Butter 1lb
- Flour 8oz
- Cheese 1lb
- 2pts Full fat Milk
- Bacon 2 Rashers
- Tin foil
- Cling Film
- Parsley (Fresh)
Method
Served with baby Carrots finished with a Cheese and Bacon sauce
- Slice open chicken breasts
- Mix sausage meat herbs and garlic to make stuffing
- Stuff chicken breast
- Wrap in cling film, then wrap in tin foil
- Place in to boiling water to cook for 30mins
- Boil baby carrots then pan fry in butter and parsley til golden
- Make the sauce
- Melt butter
- Add flour to form a paste
- Add hot milk whisk til thick
- Pan fry bacon and add to sauce
- Add cheese to the sauce
- Serve
